30-Day Challenge
The Steps are Simple.
Each Day for 30 days, You'll Take 4 Steps:

Step 1: Eat
Eat as you normally do- no changes needed!

Step 2: Walk
Walk for a minimum of 5 minutes after at least 1 meal per day!

Step 3: Track
Use your printable or digital tracker to count your walks!
