General Terms of Use & Conditions for The Small Steps Community(Owned & Operated by To Every Mom LLC)

Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) carefully and in their entirety before subscribing to or participating in The Small Steps Community (the “Program”), a monthly subscription-based support and education community owned and operated by To Every Mom LLC, based in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

1. Definitions- “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” means To Every Mom LLC.- “You” or “Your” means the individual subscribing to or participating in the Program.- “Program” refers to The Small Steps Community and all associated content, communications, virtual platforms, and events (online or in-person).- “Ambassador” refers to select high-tier members who are invited to apply for an elevated leadership and promotional role within the community.

2. ConsentBy subscribing to and participating in the Program, you voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them in full.

3. DisclaimerThe Small Steps Community is a supportive, membership-based subscription that offers encouragement, education, and shared experiences related to health, wealth, self, and home. While you may receive advice, opinions, and resources from other members and our team, none of this should be considered legal, financial, or medical advice.

You understand and agree that:- The community is not a substitute for professional consultation.- To Every Mom LLC is not a law firm, financial institution, healthcare provider, or licensed therapeutic service.- You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance based on your personal situation.

Participation in the Program does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind.

4. Assumption of RiskYou are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. You are fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or results stemming from your use of the Program.

5. Intellectual PropertyAll content inside The Small Steps Community—including videos, templates, PDFs, workbooks, guides, emails, posts, and event materials—is the sole property of To Every Mom LLC and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.

6. Account & AccessYour subscription is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or content outside the community is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund.

7. Subscription & Billing- Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis.- You authorize To Every Mom LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method each billing cycle.- There are no pro-rated refunds, including for mid-month cancellations.

8. Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at hello@toeverymom.com no less than 3 business days prior to your next subscription payment.- Cancellation takes effect 30 days after your email is sent.- No refunds will be issued after a charge has been processed.- You will retain access to the Program for 30 days after your cancellation is processed.

9. Communication & Marketing ConsentBy subscribing to the Program, you agree to receive email communications from To Every Mom LLC, including but not limited to:- Welcome emails and onboarding materials- Important community updates, policy changes, and event reminders- Marketing messages, product promotions, affiliate content, or related offers

Email is the primary method of communication. You are responsible for checking your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for any time-sensitive messages.

You may unsubscribe from promotional or marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages. However:- Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your subscription.- Canceling your subscription does not remove you from our email list.You must unsubscribe separately if you no longer wish to receive email communications of any kind.

By subscribing, you consent to the use of your email for these purposes as part of your access to the Program.

10. Community Code of ConductThis is a space for encouragement, progress, and support. To maintain the integrity and safety of our community, all members agree to the following:

What’s Expected:- Treat all members with respect, empathy, and kindness.- Engage in discussions constructively and thoughtfully.- Keep shared member content and stories confidential.- Focus on encouragement, not judgment.

What’s Prohibited:- Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination.- Spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation without permission.- Sharing private or copyrighted community content outside the group.- Disruptive, toxic, or unsafe behavior.

Violation Policy:- First offense: Warning- Second offense: Temporary suspension- Third offense: Permanent removal without refund

We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior is deemed harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate at our sole discretion.

11. Online & In-Person Event TermsAll participants in Program-hosted online or in-person events agree to:- Register or RSVP if required.- Follow community conduct rules and respect the space, host, and attendees.- Refrain from recording or republishing event content without permission.- Comply with any health and safety policies at in-person events.

To Every Mom LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in any event.

12. Ambassador Program (Invitation & Application Only – Enjoy Path only)The Ambassador Program is an exclusive leadership and promotional opportunity available by invitation only to select members of the premium/high-tier membership.

This is not a self-enrollment program. Members may not opt in; they must be invited and go through an application process.

Eligible members will:- Be invited based on community engagement, alignment with values, and integrity.- Complete an application to determine fit and eligibility.- Be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance following review.

Participation is not guaranteed, even if invited. Selection is entirely at the discretion of To Every Mom LLC.

Ambassador ExpectationsAmbassadors serve as visible leaders and voices of the community and agree to:- Uphold the values of the Program both publicly and privately.- Promote the Program truthfully and in alignment with FTC guidelines.- Never exaggerate, fabricate, or mislead others about their role or the Program.- Conduct themselves professionally on all platforms.

Ambassador ViolationsThe following may result in immediate removal from the Ambassador Program:- Community code of conduct violations- Misrepresentation or unethical promotion- Breach of confidentiality- Brand defamation or IP misuse- Inactivity or low engagement (based on program standards)

Removal may include revocation of ambassador perks, early termination of the premium-tier membership, and disqualification from future invitations. Legal action may be pursued in cases of serious harm to the brand or breach of terms.

13. No GuaranteesWe do not guarantee specific results from participating in the Program. Your outcomes will depend on your own actions, choices, and circumstances.

14. No WarrantiesThe Program is provided “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or dissatisfaction you may experience.

15. Indemnification & ReleaseBy subscribing, you agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless To Every Mom LLC, its team, affiliates, and partners from any claims or damages related to your participation in the Program.

16. Dispute Resolution & ArbitrationIf a dispute arises, you agree to contact hello@toeverymom.com to attempt a resolution. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, within 50 miles of Flowery Branch, Georgia. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action. The maximum remedy available is a refund of the most recent subscription fee.

17. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for one month of access.

18. SeverabilityIf any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

19. Entire AgreementThese Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and To Every Mom LLC and supersede any prior communications.

20. Governing Law & VenueThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action must be brought in or near Flowery Branch, Georgia, where the Company is based:7380 Spout Springs Rd. Suite 210, #139, Flowery Branch, GA 30542
